Bill Deutch

  Bill Deutch is the CEO of Hiring America and Military Made. He has over 20 years of experience in developing and producing media properties. He created and led the development of "Hiring America," the first television program dedicated to supporting veterans' successful transition into the civilian workforce. The program currently airs on the American Forces Network and in 141 local television markets nationwide. Mr. Deutch developed and launched Military Made, a marketplace for products exclusively sourced from veteran and military-spouse-owned businesses.

Mr. Deutch received an Emmy for his work on "Songs of Service," a television special honoring servicemembers with musical performances by the U.S. Army Field Band. Prior to Military Made and Hiring America, Mr. Deutch launched "Subtext," the first SMS dating television show in the United States, which aired daily on the CW Affiliate in Austin, TX. Mr. Deutch has been responsible for raising early-stage financing for multiple start-up companies. He has founded several companies focused on developing interactive media properties, including Access Propeller Holdings, Inc., which identified and acquired Scandinavian mobile technology for distribution in the United States.

He has spoken at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York on financing start-up companies, the Nordic Interactive Conference, and at the National Association of Television Production Executives (NATPE). Mr. Deutch received an A.B. from Georgetown University in 1993 and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1996. He is a member of the State Bars of New York and California.
